VTG vintage black sweater dress with beautiful bow

Pre-loved needs a wash, lint remover, and someone to wear it. I love the bow sequence design. Starts by the neck and drapes on left arm. See photos for details. Has shoulder pads. I'm 5'1 and dress hits just below my knees.
