The beading gives a shine the the royal blue part of the dress. The colorful sequins adorned the chest, sheer sleeves and side of the dress. It has a peekaboo back and zips down the lower back. The sleeves are short and sheer with sequins and beads. It is fully lined and has shoulder pads you can remove if you like. The chest also has built in padding. Gorgeous dress! This dress weighs in a 2.9 pounds so please be aware that it has weight to it because of all of the beadwork and sequins.
