VTG Handpainted Western Horse Tiered Maxi Skirt Rare & unique, this vintage artisan skirt has a cowboy on a horse, cacti, donkey or mules with moon & stars on a vibrant blue, purple, reddish-pink tiered sturdy ( cotton I think) material. This is a one of a kind, timeless skirt. The printed words say “Home Home on the range” In excellent vintage condition, handmade, no rips, holes or apparent stains. No tags, it looks like Robin Brown clothing art.. I believe it’s a small-medium..
