VTG These culottes are full cut like palazzos but are ankle or above. Beautifully pleated that lay flat. Looks like a skirt until you move. Beautiful fall and winter holiday colors. Waist has two buttons front and waist is elastic in back. Can be worn so many ways. Mint condition literally like new no flaws. Waist is 16” before stretch, very very high cut 16” rise and inseam is 21”. Top to bottom 38”. Runs small as vintage items do. I’m marking these 12. Please go by measurements.
