Vacay Brand - strapless dress/ convertible skirt - can wear as a dress or skirt - great for travel - size Small - white - lined - textured fabric, see pics - sheer overlay - belt included - slits on each side - very pretty - ideal for travel capsule wardrobe - wore this once - but doesn't work with my broad shoulders - just thinning out my collection
