Brand New… honestly speaking… you shouldn’t shop on Instagram lol The pic the boutique promoted was not in fact indicative of the quality of fabric. Although the dress is made in the same style, the fabric is much thinner than I expected. It’s still cute, but would suit someone with a smaller chest ( or breasts that do not require as much emotional support ) lol
