NWT velvet black dress with elastic sleeves, buttons all the way to wear as dress or open as a sweater. Super stretchy and comfortable. Size M, which is sizes 8-12 in their brand (size chart in photos). Also comes with matching velvet black tie belt. Absolutely adore, just too hot to wear in the desert where I live.
