Size 0 Val Stefani Two Piece Dress, Lacy Navy Blue Bustier Crop Top with thick silky high waist Skirt. Top has long sleeves with 3” slit at bottom of sleeve. The back of the top has clasp at the top and at bottom of open back. Top is see thru lace except for chest area. Skirt is navy blue and has large flowers. There is a sheer blue liner and zips down the back. New without tags. Was unsold stock from prom shop. #B2124
