@kar010203 it’s hard to explain - I would definitely say it has stretch. It’s velvet which you can imagine has the most stretch and the lining is also a soft sort of material. I generally wear an 8 and depending on fit and design I can fluctuate either a size bigger or smaller but this I’d say given the measurements I cut it by - would work for someone hoping for some wiggle room.
