Valentine's Day Open Back Blouse

This short sleeve blouse has hearts and is red and white perfect for Valentine's Day. It has an open back. it is very loose I would say that it is a medium to a large. The fabric is not stretchy though. There is one makeup stain on one of the shoulders probably can be taken out though. It is made by Toto Collection.
