Valentine’s Day Skirt

Handmade by Pipit’s in Corey, PA, this skirt is perfect for Valentine’s Day. Flared. Unlined, with a waist that is elasticized in back for more flexible fit. No size listed, but I’d say it’s 5-6, though it’s being worn here by my 8 y/o. Like new condition, never worn out of the house. From a smoke- and pet-free household.
