This skirt is fashioned from contemporary heart cotton fabrics. The backing cotton fabric varies depending on inventory. There are red heart grosgrain ties. There is red pom pom trim around the inner and outer edges. This beauty measures approximately 19-20" in diameter and 8" from inner to outer edge.
