Valentino Evening Dress

This beautiful 1990’s dress has sequin bow appliqués in the décolleté and the back sides, it also has an intricate sequin design on the front mesh netting. There is one center pleat starting below the breast bone that goes all the way down to the floor. Satin trim creates an intricate design on the waist. Halter neck closure with three stations. The dress is 100% silk, it says size 8 but I am a size 4 and it fits me. My chest measurements are 34B and it is a little snug, therefore not intended for large breasts.
