elainewill12 @zaza4343 hello! I also typically wear a size 9. N a pointy or peep toe shoe I usually purchase a half size larger because with the arch of the high heel you need the extra room in the toes. I felt the shoe was very comfortable, much more so than a Christian Louboutin that tends to run small and narrow. These have a nice width and the leather is very soft. elainewill12 @zaza4343 actually the European sizing says 40 is a 9.5 or 10. But I understand. If you wear a 39.5 Louboutin, these most likely would be a bit too long for you. Bummer!
