tiffandtomo @jenkim3 I may be confused, but isn’t 9.5 the heel to toe measurement? Or are you wanting me to post a picture of maybe a rules next to it? Let me know! Also I think you would have to read the return policy from poshmark. I have never returned something and no one has returned anything from me so I am not sure how that goes.

jenkim3 @tiffandtomo yes, a tape measure for the length. You might be correct in thinking it’s 9.5” in length. I’m unsure how the sizing works with Valentino shoes without a heel. I only own their shoes with heels.

tiffandtomo @jenkim3 I added a new photo. If you measure from heel to toe it’s a little more than 10 inches. I think inside of the shoe measures 9.5 since it fit true to size for me. Hope this helps some.

jenkim3 @tiffandtomo Are you a 39.5 in most Valentino shoes that have a heel? I’ve read conflicting info on this style running true to size, large, or small.
