Size 42 I am a size 10 and these fit perfectly. Not sure about the leather. It looks and feels like leather to me but may be vegan/pu leather. See pics with rulers for size. Have never worn them. There is one photo that shows an extremely minor mark on the sneakers and a little mark on the lace. As you can see from the photos of the soles, these have never been worn.
