Never worn even though tags were removed. There is a thin shoulder pad and it's very slim fitting. The italian sizing would fit a US sz 0 with room to spare, or 2, which is my size. The sleeves are longer than usual so that the new owner can hem them to the perfect length. Shoulder: 15.5in Armpit to armpit: 16.5in Waist: 13.5in Length: 25in
