Valentino boutique vintage black velvet top dress size 4 from the 80s

This is a very classy elegant Valentino boutique dress made in Italy measurements of dress are pit to pit 15 inches short sleeve from shoulder is 9 inches waist is 14 inches length from top to bottom 36 inches. The dress has pockets on both side shown on pictures and it has a black slip under the back zipper zips up all the way and has a small clip on top for extra closure I couldn’t demonstrate on mannequin dress was too small to close zipper.
