Valentino rockstud leather flats. I purchased them from saks fifth avenue and paid $775. They are a size 38 and have literally only been worn twice. I love them but have a wide foot and don't feel like they are very flattering on me. I am a size 7-7 1/2 and these fit so they run a little small.

Yes I will post when i get home. I actually had soles added which I do with every new shoe that I buy to protect them. They are Italian soles and it's a $40 charge.
