@undertheflsun hello. I used to work for Nordstrom. The company marks the bags that are not in impeccable conditions as refurbished/damaged and ship them off to another distributor. To be on the safe side I marked it as that also. Nothing is wrong with the bag aside from the marks. It does not have a dust bag either but it does come extra studs. I’m willing to negotiate price if you are interested
