@leeteeter It certainly doesn’t appear to be loosened adhesive. It looks like strands of fabric coming undone. Would you be able to send me some detailed shots of this area?

@eclypsegrl thank you for your patience, their not threads hanging it appears to be a section where perhaps the bonding is stretched if that makes any sense. I don’t know how old the clutch is or how it was kept I did thrift this item it didn’t come with a dust bag. There are dimples on the bag please see pictures. Thank you
