@mnsusan13 Hello!! I would say it is larger than most smalls. Not sure if I can describe it as loose/oversized though, especially with the slim design. I generally wear a medium and this cardigan fits me fairly loosely - however, the one area that is a bit snug on me are the arms. I do tend to have thicker arms, though. Sorry I can’t provide a better explanation. The length of the cardigan is 25in., arm length is 23in. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
