Black flowing dress is very flattering on. Dress is gathered at the hip so you can adjust the length to a top or dress. Sleeves have a slit to the wrist and shoulder embellishments are 2 rows of small rhinestones, size 10 (I wear 8 and this fits me) Never had an event to wear this to. 95% Poly 5% Spandex. Never worn. Tags on dress. Smoke free home.
