schmutza @tx1977 Hi! 23 inches from shoulder to hem. It is stretchy. The fabric content is 70% rayon, 25% polyester, 5% spandex. The bottom band is 32 inches flat, stretches to 40 inches (around). Armpit to armpit is 39 inches flath, with lots of give due to the wrap. There is a panel underneath the wrap part to keep you covered. :)
