Valerija tunic blouse

Valerija black silk striped tunic blouse. Tunic is sheer and I preferred to wear with a black tank under and black jeans. Blouson sleeves with tie at elbow. Button front with elastic waist. Has a fit and flare fit and is super flattering! Tie front bow and bust. The bottom might be missing a few buttons (although I don’t remember the bottom having buttons and I always wore it open). No size tag but fits like a medium.
