Worn once, Valia black pencil skirt with a subtle paisley design underneath. Size large. There is no zipper, buttons or anything. Just a stretchy waistband. The waist laying flat measures 15 in. The length of the skirt itself measures 25.5 in long. There are some nice stitched lines in the front to add some details. 74% rayon, 22% nylon and 4% spandex. Hand wash and line dry.
