Van Heusen Women's Vest (size XS)

Van Heusen Women's Vest (size XS) I bought this brand new many, many years ago, but never had an occasion to wear it to. I finally tried it on this year and found out it doesn't fit! It's too small for me now! For reference, I'm 5'3", 135lb, C cup, and it won't button for me. Brand new, I've never worn it out in public, only tried it on at the store and at home. Front is a gray and black checkered tweed pattern, back is a thin black polyester layer. Smoke-free and dog-friendly home
