New without box, Vaneli high heel open toe dress shoes in a size 8. They are beige suede with a buckle around the top that has rivets on it and attached fringe that lays on your instep. They are soft suede and the soles are leather. The heels are just under 3". Condition: Never worn, no box, there is a small mark on the heel, see photo.
