shanihenley @laydicuellar Oh my, I'm so embarrassed that I missed your question! (Those silly spam messages) Hard to say what "true to size" is when converting European to American sizing. I always assume French and Italian brands run small, and will size up if given the choice. I believe that this blouse fits more like a 4, which is why I've never worn it. It's a fitted cut. I can provide approx measurements if that helps.
