onthisflight @sundancecousin hi, no flaws or stains. It’s 100 % Cotton. You could gentle cycle in a delicates mesh bag for safety or hand wash. Sleeve is 8 inches Shoulder 8.5 inches Bodice is 12 inches Skirt length 22.5 inches

onthisflight @sundancecousin @Original description has the empire waist measurement which is 13 inches. Bodice is from the shoulder until the empire waist measurement. And then from the empire waist measurement down is the 22.5. The dress has been hand washed and laid flat in the sun to dry.
