Vanity 3/4th Sleeve Sheer Poke-a-dot Blouse

Vanity 3/4th sleeve sheer mint green color top with white color poke-a-dots, v-neck line with attached tie for a bow detail on the front. Elastic cuffs, and waist-line. This top is see though. There is a small snag on the front of the right side of the blouse near where the bow hangs (see last picture). Size listed as on tags. Please see pictures.
