wabaack @libsmama I have tried to print a new label several different ways (package weights more, never received other label) and it always downloads as the previous address.

wabaack How to change my delivery address for an order If your order has not shipped You can change your shipping address directly from the order page. Please note that you can only update your shipping address once per order before it is shipped. To change your address: In the app 1. Go to your Account Tab (@username) 2. Select My Purchases 3. Select the unshipped order 4. Select Show More 5. Select Edit next to the Ship To information 6. Select an existing address or Add Address

wabaack I kindly request you to please have the buyer reach out to us directly so we may help them with changing the address. However, if the address is not updated, I recommend cancelling the order and have the buyer place a new order once they change their default address. I hope this helps.
