shaynadeek I'm a dedicated to my vans sk8 hi shoes, collecting and wearing lol but never had a chance to try the MTE editions... never worn boots either tho. there's no stores in AR that carry any invstock to even try on... that said, are they true to size? heavy? I'm mainly wanting something for rainy or cold weather days and hiking stuff we don't have much snow in this area... any helpful recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

shaynadeek @dunn_dealz sorry, different version shoes... unfortunately I'm just completely out of my element when it comes to these MTE kicks and I don't want to get the wrong ones or something that would be too hot for AR weather lol

dunn_dealz @shaynadeek I gotcha, so the mte-3s will be a bit overbuilt being these are their top tier outdoor sk8-hi model. Not loads of differences in engineering just some materials and design changes. If you’d like to wear them year round I’d recommend the mte-2 and even the mte-1s are great.
