Got these a while back, they fit snug and then after gaining a bit of weight, they definitely didnt fit anymore. I used to wear 10 in Sk8-Hi, but after gaining weight, i am in between 10 and 10.5 now. So if you wear a 9.5, this would fit good. The ultracush adds significant cushion and height to the sole. I would recommend not buying these if you are a true 10 to Vans. the might fit a little snug. But VERY AND EXTREMELY comfortable!
