lmar946 @sweetislander hi! I think it’s similar to a regular sk8-hi but possibly a bit taller due to the traction sole. I’ve added a photo to the listing where I’m measuring the sole at about 1.25 in high.

lmar946 @sweetislander it’s heavier than an average pair of old school vans hi tops due to the weatherproofing. I’d think of it as somewhere between a sneaker and a boot; it’s almost as durable as a boot with the style of a fashion sneaker. Each shoe weighs 13.5oz.

sweetislander @lmarandi Oh, I see. Thanks so much for your time. I do have the low top, and it is heavy also platform. I don't wear it anymore because I tripped and fell at the airport. I wish this was not heavy. I really like the color and the style
