Vedette 941 Underbust Bra Booster

Mint Condition The clothing piece has been worn twice I'm unsure of the size. the tag just says "40" idk what that means, but on me the cups are slightly too small and the band is too big my underbust is 25' and my bust is 32'. I would guess this piece is a size small or medium.
