lkhamby I measured in at 23”... which would you suggest since it’s between sizes?

looptheloopltd Hi-I just realized the headwrap is actucally 8" high not 4" . It scrunches together for 4.5". I can also make it closer to 23" circumference than 24". Will this work for you?
