Vegan leather belt/vest with elastic back.

I can’t find a brand, but this is 50%plastic & 50% polyester, but really feels like leather! Straps not adjustable but if crafty, you may be able to fix. The only tag says, “Made in China”. Size: SM Elastic band in back is 10” wide, unstitched & has a small snag near right strap.
