Velour Celestial dress

Velour type fabric (polyester) celestial print with mesh sleeves. Never worn but sleeve got caught so there is a hole (second picture) if you can sew tulle it can be fixed. Ruched sleeves so it won't be noticeable. Stretchy dress.
