Velour Jacket

Deep teal and very soft. 76% cotton 24% polyester made in Indonesia. Beautiful rhinestone detail at top and bottom of the side pockets. There are two pockets and I’m medallion with three rhinestones as the zipper pull with pull cords to tighten it around your neck. I would call it a mock turtleneck collar.
