Velour top with cool embellishment on front

Really great quality velour with a very nice dragon embellishment patch on front and embroidery stitching. The tag says size medium, but I’m listing it as an XS because it’s very very tight as a medium. I’m a size small and it was tight for me. (My chest area was very squished). New, never used (except to try on for sizing and take this photo) but definitely great for a casual cool look on someone with a small frame. Boutique brand.
