Velvet Black Dress

It's a velvet textured dress that has a simple look to it. The condition of this dress may look faded, but that's just the design. It's also new as well and it's has a nicely decorated design around the back of the collar. It also includes shoulder pads within the dress for additional comfort. This dress I think is also originally created in Italy according to my sources.
