Velvet Black Skirt w/ Pockets

Velvet black midi skirt with tags attached Never been worn, GREAT condition! Looks great with flats, booties, and knee-high boots. I am 5' 3" and 110 lbs and this fits me with some room to spare, so it could also fit a size 2. There are two pockets at the front with a zipper on the back. Offers welcomed.
