cshaw56 @abbylop7676 First of all, I am VERY sorry you've waited so long for answers! The measurements are: Shoulder seam-to-seam across the back, 15" Down the armhole seam in the back, it goes down to 13 3/4" Pit to pit across the back, 18" CONTINUED IN NEXT POST

cshaw56 @abbylop7676 Side to side across the back at the hips,18" Sleeve measurement is 23 1/2" Length in the back is 24". As far as whether it will fit a 34D, I have no way of knowing. This jacket belonged to one of my daughters but she was not a D so I have nothing to compare it to. Sorry about that!

cshaw56 @abbylop7676 Your other questions are answered in the next posts. The shoulders are not padded. And I would consider this a thick blazer.

cshaw56 @abbylop7676 You'll see on that first post, shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back is 15". If that's not what you mean by "shoulder to shoulder," you'll have to explain to me what you DO mean, please.
