Velvet Blue Ankle Boots - Target

They are a velvet stretch. Never been worn outside. I did put them on to take a picture for the listing. Super comfy booties! Heel height is 3.5 inches. I bought these from Target and just cannot find a way to wear them. I don’t really own much blue lol
