Velvet Cheongsam Maxi Dress, Vintage 90’s

Amazing Cheongsam Maxi Dress in Black Velvet. Vintage 90’s Jessica Howard. High Collar with hook & eye closures. Frog Closures (decorative only) angle down from the neckline. Back Zipper. The dress has two 19” high slits on each side. Label says Size 6 but no way, these days. Shown on my XS/Size 2 dress form with a 34” bust. It *could* fit a Small because of the stretch of the generous 10% Spandex. Measurements as follows: 16” across underarm to underarm (unstretched), 14” waist and 53” long. If it weren’t too short for me I wouldn’t be selling it! Made in Romania. EUC.
