Velvet Chevron Stripe Strapless Maxi Dress

The stripe in this dress is cream, navy and gray. The navy is very dark almost black. It’s a striking dress. Top to waist is 12”. Waist to bottom is 37”. Has a beautiful lining. The fabric is quite stretchy but this does not look like a knot fabric at all.
