Velvet Crop from Forever 21

Let me tell ya: I understand that velvet is one of the hot, new, big trends, but I think I’m still traumatized from the 90s! I wore this to a velvet party. Super cute, but definitely not my thing! This top is in perfect condition and will be well-loved by anyone on board with the velvet trend 😆
