Velvet Cropped Jacket

Talbots black (possibly vintage- definitely old) cropped collared jacket with velvet trim. Inside is a normal polyester lining like a blazer. Does have shoulder pads (probably not easy to remove). No stains/damage. Measurements are laying flat pit to pit & length.
