Velvet Dress short-length casual elegant

Gray velvet material dress from pacsun. Spaghetti string straps, non-adjustable but I tied a little knot on top to make them short to fit me best, knot can be undone for pure spaghetti strap. Size small. Hardly worn, perfect condition. The dress itself is about 23 inches long.
